We want you to be satisfied with your NFLEXFLOW purchase.

Returns

You may request a return if the product is received damaged, defective, broken, or if you received an incorrect product.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Products must be unused and returned with the original packaging and accessories, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you regarding the available refund method.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, NFLEXFLOW will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.

For other return requests, return shipping eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
